Arrival to Your Massage

Please arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time.

If this is your first time with Jillian, please make sure to fill out the online paperwork sent via text/email.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will not receive extension of time for scheduled appointments. If notified beforehand, accommodations can be made on a case to case basis.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show and you will be charged the cancellation fee. Card on file & confirmation required at booking. 

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.

At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card that can be kept on file. Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, procedure, or treatment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Please note that we charge 50% of the appointment fee for less than 48 hours notice when canceling and we will charge the FULL session fee for no-shows.
