Massage & bodywork are not “fix your back pain and keep it moving”
The culture and preconceived notions around massage and bodywork needs to shift.
When I work with you, I’m not fixing surface level issues.
We’re getting to the root of your emotional, physical and mental pain so that you can stay healthy (for good).
Multidimensional & Intuitive Massage
Ideal for relaxation, stress and tension relief, increasing mobility and rebalancing the energy system.
-
This deeply personalized session blends the fluid, nurturing rhythms of Mana Lomi, the assisted stretches and energy flow of Thai massage, the gentle unwinding of Myofascial Release, and the precision of deep tissue techniques OneSoma and Ashiatsu.
Guided by presence and intuition, each treatment is tailored in the moment—I meet you exactly where you are without forcing to let your body and mind unwind and for you to come home to yourself.
These sessions are a fluid dialogue between your body and I, as I listen for subtle cues in your breath, tension and holding patterns, and emotional energies.
Long, sweeping strokes invite deep relaxation and rest; mindful compression and stretches restore mobility; sustained pressure melts through stubborn points; and slow fascial work unravels hidden layers of holding.
The result is a grounded and expansive experience—supporting physical alignment, nervous system balance, and a renewed sense of ease and inner peace.
Sound, hot stones and towels, essential oils and vibration are also included into sessions, providing a multi-sensory experience.
Energetic & Emotional Release Bodywork
Ideal for chronic pain, trauma recovery, and improving structural issues, energy flow and well being.
-
This deeply attuned and collaborative session invites the body, mind, and spirit into a state of gentle unwinding and renewal.
Drawing on the subtle, listening touch of Myofascial Release, the precise, deeply informed movements of Visceral Manipulation, the fascia and nervous system informed OneSoma bodywork, and the expansive stretches and rhythmic flow of Thai massage, each treatment is guided moment by moment by what your system is ready to release.
These sessions address not only the muscles and fascia, but also the subtle, stored patterns that can live in the organs, nervous system, connective tissue, and energy field.
Through long holds, precise and targeted pressure, gentle traction, and opening movements, tensions dissolve, breath deepens, and the body finds new pathways of ease.
Many clients describe a sense of lightness, emotional clarity, and deep inner quiet—getting off the table feeling not just physically freer, but more connected to themselves.

“There’s a profound difference between a mediocre massage and one that leaves you thinking, ‘Wow, I need to prioritize this for my well-being.’ Experiences like this can truly change your life.”
~ Lois M.
“Through her intuitive touch and deep breathing work, she literally lifted this weight I didn't even realize was suffocating me. I went from trying to force happiness and high energy while carrying this invisible burden to feeling genuinely FREE. The joy and peace and love that flooded in afterward wasn't manufactured or forced - it was real, it was mine, it was me coming back to myself.”

FAQs
-
Massage is more fully body treatment with some focused work in specific areas. You can expect to wear minimal clothing with proper draping and oil to be used.
Bodywork is more detailed and precise work, specifically for 4-5 areas of the body that need precise and detailed attention. You can expect to wear some clothing and a balm to be used.
Both include energy work and emotional release.
-
Yes — Jillian provides massage in home Jupiter services, bringing the experience to the comfort of your home not only in Jupiter, Florida but in surrounding areas like Palm Beach County, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach and Jupiter Farms.
Whether you prefer the comfort of your home, are recovering from injury, or simply want to unwind without traveling, Jillian will arrive with all the equipment and supplies for your healing session.
She also does have a studio space in Palm Beach Gardens inside of Image Studios if your home isn’t a safe space for you.
-
Most sessions range from 60 to 120 minutes.
We’ll begin your initial session with a brief intake to understand your goals (relaxation, pain relief, recovery, etc.).
For home visits, Jillian will set up the space depending on where you choose. You can expect a full-body or focused work, depending on your needs, with the incorporation of the intuitively guided modality (One Soma, Lomi Lomi, Thai, Myofascial Release), and a brief post-session discussion of after-care (e.g., hydration, gentle stretches). And follow up check ins to see how you are doing and how to proceed with the maintenance of your health and body care.
-
It depends on your health goals. For overall wellness and stress relief, Jillian will recommend anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
If you’re dealing with chronic tension, have a physical job, recovering from an injury, or need significant energetic work (e.g., Lomi Lomi or intuitive healing), weekly may be better for you and your body healing until you enter into a maintenance phase. Consult with Jillian after your session.
-
No referral is needed for standard wellness massage services.
However, if you have a specific medical condition or wish to bill insurance, check with your provider as Jillian does not take insurance directly.
The Florida Board of Massage Therapy regulates licensing of therapists in Florida, and wellness sessions don’t typically require medical orders.

To make your “massage in home Jupiter” session as comfortable as possible:
Clear a space approx. 6 × 7 ft for the table or floor setup
Dim lights, play relaxing music, adjust temperature to your comfort
Remove jewelry and empty pockets; wear loose comfortable clothing (you’ll undress to the level you’re comfortable with depend on your type of session).
Bodywork requires a relatively empty stomach and no body oils that day. Sportswear is best.
Hydrate well before and after
Pay attention to any pre-existing conditions and share them with the therapist before starting, intake forms will be reviewed and discussed before your first session together.
-
Yes, when performed by a licensed massage therapist. It’s important you disclose any recent surgeries, injuries, or health conditions (e.g., deep vein thrombosis, uncontrolled high blood pressure) because some treatments (especially fascia work, Thai stretching, or energy work) may require modification or be contraindicated. Always ask Jillian about what’s right for you.
-
Lomi Lomi is a flowing, sweeping strokes, a holistic body-mind experience, and deep relaxation.
Thai massage is great if you’re more active, want assisted stretching, muscle release and a dynamic experience.
Intuitive “hands on healing” massage is ideal if you’re open to energy work, emotional release, intuitive body feedback and a personalized experience.
Jillian offers blended sessions of these modalities in her massages. Her bodywork is more focused on Myofascial Release and working with releasing the trauma from the body. She usually starts with massage and then moves clients to bodywork as she sees fit. -
